The Greensboro North Carolina facility includes an 8000 sq. ft staging facility equipment. The Greensboro facility also includes an onsite 20,000 sq ft. warehouse with inventory and asset management software.
With our Staging Center, Macro Integration can receive any equipment dedicated to your project and store it in our secure warehouse until you need it at the specific location(s). Prior to shipping and implementation, Macro Integration will configure and stage the technology to your definitive requirements. We will then ship the equipment to the site and install your systems to function based upon your distinct requirements at maximum efficiency. Within our global service partner network, we have ability to find the correct resource for all of your locations while utilizing our own in-house trained and professional field technicians.
Our helpdesk services include assisting service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and ISP’s on user's premises; and loading specified software packages such as operating system or custom software programs onto your computer or POS device. The Macro Helpdesk Analyst will also respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems; instruct users in use of equipment, software, and manuals; and recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems within your system.



All of Macro's service technicians are employed by Macro Integration Services or are approved by our rigorous quiality contral sub-contractor procedures.
